2024-10-02	mi*****	new update been back and forth with cust service about my device not working as it should they werent much help it still only works when it wants to if i turn off bluetooth then turn it back on everytime it does better but u shouldnt have to do that it should start working on its own as they say it should but it dont works great when it decides to work but cust service inlongates the issue they should just send a replacement unit with new one and be done with it

2024-08-20	Jo*****	Worked fine for a couple months. Then the device was acting strange when it sometimes wouldn't get out of lock mode, then one day it locked up. Instructions given worked to force it out. Now, the app is failing to Initialize, saying "initialized native failed." UPDATE: Support was very helpful. Device works like it should.

2024-08-20	De*****	Was working until latest updates. I now get 'initialize native failed' message and just a black screen... I've updated to the latest version and still have the same problem. I've cleared the cache and still have the same problem. I needed to clear the app data to get it to work. So, my profiles (two cars) are lost. At least the app starts now.
