new update been back and forth with cust service about my device not working as it should they werent much help it still only works when it wants to if i turn off bluetooth then turn it back on everytime it does better but u shouldnt have to do that it should start working on its own as they say it should but it dont works great when it decides to work but cust service inlongates the issue they should just send a replacement unit with new one and be done with it
