The user manual for the Terrano XT unit, describes certain customizations which are supposed to be supported in this app, particularly enabling VOX and setting the sensitivity for recognizing VOX commands. This is not anywhere to be found in this app. I am going to email support at this point, and hopefully I will find the solution for the "totally hands free" operation.
