2024-12-27	Mi*****	I know why people have problems with this application. Because You have to manually give permission of localisation. If You are stuck in "Failed to retrieve (...)", then go to Settings in Your Phone, then to Apps, then to mWars and allow permissions. After that everything should work.

2024-07-25	Al*****	The application is stuck on "Failed to retrieve a list of trains, pull down to refresh". I waited many minutes, tried "pulling down", but non of this worked. Same problem on two devices. # In the response to the support team: No, the internet was not weak. This error happens to me EVERY time I use the app for over a year. In many different places. Both in city centers and during the travel. The app just doesn't work

The main issue is that button "Turn On" for GPS does not work first couple times. I had to tap it several times to see permission request popup. It is easily reproducible, just kill the app, remove permission, and try again. That's why so many people can't use it and think it is completely broken. Fix the button and make sure it works 100% of a time.

And here down below you can find what I wrote in 2017: "Unfortunately it turned out poor app. In many cases does not work. Either you couldn't find the train or service is not available. For example, just like now train nr EIC8102. I tried to use this app a while since such long time but only once was possible to reach my order.However..."

I tried ordering about 10 times on different trains, various items and EVERY order was rejected or unable to be processed because items were either unavailable or the employees are too lazy to deliver them to your seat. This app is a joke and offers no actual service. I've reported to Google to have it removed from the Play store

2024-02-02	Da*****	Beyond useless. Doesn't even show list of trains, despite perfect internet connection. Total waste of time. EDIT: it had nothing to do with quality of internet on trains, so do not use this excuse. All other apps were functioning normally. It's simply a poorly made app made by amateurs. I hope Wars didn't pay much money for it.

2024-01-19	An*****	I managed to order online only once out of around my 10 Pendolino trips. Usually, after 2 hours the order simply expires. The problem isn't with the app itself (I guess) but rather the way the WARS staff is using it. I think the realistic waiting time should be displayed based on the live queue of orders.
