Doesn't work without location permissions, but doesn't ask for location permission, has to be manually searched and enabled. Afterwards has prices with a markup, an arbitrary minimum limit and when I tried to pay it started pairing with some JBL earphones??? Uninstalled

I know why people have problems with this application. Because You have to manually give permission of localisation. If You are stuck in "Failed to retrieve (...)", then go to Settings in Your Phone, then to Apps, then to mWars and allow permissions. After that everything should work.
