"CDL Connect enables patients to easily connect with their healthcare providers and actively participate in their care journey. With CDL Connect, patients can book and manage medical appointments, complete pre-visit questionnaires, and enter their insurance information so they only pay their deductible for laboratory and other covered services. The application allows the patient to pay only the copayment portion of the invoice since the insurer will be able to transact directly with CDL.

• Schedule, manage, and view your clinic appointments
