CDOC is a care coordination and remote patient monitoring application used to help patients and care teams view and track health-related information. Certain features of the app may require compatible external medical or wellness devices, such as Bluetooth blood pressure monitors, glucometers, pulse oximeters, weight scales, or supported wearable devices. These connected devices are required for collecting certain readings, and those features will not function independently without the appropriate external device.

The app does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical services. Information displayed in the app is intended to support patient engagement and care coordination only. Users should always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should seek emergency care immediately in the event of a medical emergency.

CDoc Patient provides convenient access to professional medical consultation services. Doctors and pharmacists offer guidance and support based on patient needs during consultations.

Important: CDoc Patient cannot be used for medical emergency. CDoc Patient does not automatically collect health data from external devices. Users must manually connect compatible health devices or health data sources to share vital information within the app. Health data is displayed only after the user grants permission and connects a supported device.
