Very bad, can't log in to see how many trips remaining on my ticket

Not great at all. No auto completion in forms to purchase a ticket, if you even get that far. Regularly need to sign out/in again or reinstall. All just seems badly architected. Having a pdf stored locally on the phone is the way to go, or go old fashioned and print off the email.
