the app works fine, but they took 10€ service fees, and other companies only take 2€ service fees. other websites and apps are twice cheaper, too greedy never using it again

I think it's a scam app! I used this website/app to buy ferry ticket from Pasir Gudang to Batam. But when i reached the terminal, the workers there told me the ticket is not valid and I couldnt even cancel or refund from the app. Please refrain from buying from this website/app!
