I think it's a scam app! I used this website/app to buy ferry ticket from Pasir Gudang to Batam. But when i reached the terminal, the workers there told me the ticket is not valid and I couldnt even cancel or refund from the app. Please refrain from buying from this website/app!

Worst service ever. I selected my trip, went through the reschedule workflow, accepted the extra charge, then i was directed to a human operator (but the chat was closed for the day) who did nothing. App also does not show the exact location of the terminals. Had to get it from a confirmation email. Strongly not recommended.

This service is a travesty. When I get to log in it says my email address doesn't have an account associated with it. I went to support and they just told me to put my email in after clicking 'forgor password'. but that's the problem! I put in my email address and, guess what, it tells me there's no account associated with my email address, despite me booking using that email and receiving emails from them.
