I booked two motorcycles on to a Pentland Ferries crossing. On confirmation it seemed that one was bumped to the next crossing. At departure we were told thst they were fully booked and the second bike would have to wait until next crossing. Despite there being space left and the fair paid, boarding was not allowed without paying again. Moral- Book direct with ferry company to maintain flexibility and avoid the extra Openferry charge.
