1. Worthless 'cancel for any reason' product. 2. Takes forever to answer support requests until it is too late for changes. 3. Some types of ticket are not sold at all. (Pedestrian tickets are not available because 'carrier requires a car or other vehicle' which is just not correct) Book with the carrier directly and spare yourself the headache that is this horrible app.
