TechNova Crew

TechNova Crew is the work app for TechNova Logistics movers and drivers. It is for our own crew: you sign in with the phone number the office has on file and a one-time code. There is no public sign-up.

What you can do in the app:

• Today — see the jobs assigned to you, with customer, addresses and time window. Tap to call the customer or open navigation.
• Time clock — clock in and out for the day. Your location is recorded at clock-in and clock-out so hours are correct.
• Job steps — mark On the way, Loading, Finished. The office sees your progress live.
• Photos — take load and delivery photos right from the job. They are saved to the job, not to your camera roll.
• Bill of lading — review the bill, collect the customer's signature and payment method on the phone.
• Pre-trip inspection (PTI) — a quick vehicle check before you drive, with photos of anything that needs attention.
• Training — short lessons and a quiz for new crew members.
• Notes — found a bug or something unclear? Send a note from any screen; the team reads them every day.
• English and Spanish — switch with one tap.

Who is it for: employees and contractors of TechNova Logistics LLC (Washington state). If you are not on our crew the app will not let you sign in.
