Tech Next Door

Tech Next Door is the field service app used by our technicians and
contractors to manage jobs from first contact through to payment.

This app is for authorized Tech Next Door staff and contractors only.
Accounts are created by an administrator — there is no public sign-up.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See the tickets assigned to you, with the customer's enquiry, contact
details and site address
• Reply to customers directly from a ticket, with a formatted message
and your email signature
• Add internal notes for colleagues that the customer never sees
• Attach photos and files from the job site
• Update status, priority and assignment as work progresses
• Log time against a job for payroll and billing
• Raise an invoice by email, record a cash payment, or take a card
payment on site
• Get notified when a ticket is assigned to you or a customer replies
• View your schedule, timesheets and past jobs for a customer

BUILT FOR WORKING IN THE FIELD

Everything is designed for one-handed use on a phone while you are on
site — large touch targets, readable text, and a reply box that keeps
your signature intact.

SECURITY

Sign-in is protected by two-factor authentication. All data is sent over
an encrypted connection. Card payments are handled by Stripe and card
details are never entered into or stored by the app.
