Helped with anxiety and dealing with contractions. This app was great for relaxing and dealing with anxiety leading up to the birth of my baby. Also really helped with dealing with contractions before I got to the hospital and could take advantage of pain management options. I just wish there was a few more payment options, I would have preferred to pay for 1 month instead of weekly. Highly recommend.
