Don't waste the $4 on this app. There is very little content, you can find more/better on Spotify and YouTube. Everything about the app is glitchy, it won't let you download. The audio files stop and skip, which is not relaxing while going through labour. I read through the comments, deleted and redownloaded, and it's not my internet. There isn't very much content for actual labour itself, which is what you want for a hypnobirthing app. Do not recommend at all.
