They don't claim responsibility for changes of the service that you signed an agreement for them to provide but they are more than happy to hold you liable to the agreement of the management of the company that you work for under state employment that they are not accountable too. If Hotschedules changes your schedule before 24 hours before your schedule time then they are not liable because they didn't change the schedule and
