As an employee, this app is incredibly useful for communication and scheduling. I have never been confused or unsure about anything to do with scheduling or expectations communicated to me through this app.

Update: 5/30/26 App still has glitches. It isn't showing people's shifts up for grabs and it is showing the wrong person for the shift that is up. Half the time the shifts go missing when they are still available.
