2023-10-27	Dr*****	The app is fine, the service is not. Booked a car to transport a dog to the groomer, with a clear note saying that. The note was not read until the car was already "on the way", at which point I got a call saying that there were no dog-suitable cars available, and I'd have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes more. This would be ok an hour or so in advance, but not as I am already outside waiting for the car. What's the point of notes if they're not read? What if I'd needed a wheelchair taxi?

Have a mate thats a taxi driver and reminds me that they're self employed and that bad experiences with individual drivers are out of the control of Taxy generally, and that drivers use multiple apps, so their actions reflect badly on all platforms. As Ive seen harsh reviews not relating to the app itself and its capabilities but drivers who use the app.
Always use the app and very happy with the service.
