The app is fine, the service is not. Booked a car to transport a dog to the groomer, with a clear note saying that. The note was not read until the car was already "on the way", at which point I got a call saying that there were no dog-suitable cars available, and I'd have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes more. This would be ok an hour or so in advance, but not as I am already outside waiting for the car. What's the point of notes if they're not read? What if I'd needed a wheelchair taxi?

Misleading collection/timeframes. Assures you that taxi is en route but at last minute changes to "searching for drivers". Poor service. If booking is confirmed, allocate a driver. Uninstalled.
