2026-07-01	Yi*****	I would have given the app 4 stars, however, they got rid of the free access on web only. Yes, you can apply for a fee waiver but not everyone wants to do that. The app worked great for me and my coparent because they couldn't use the excuse as to not having access. Now, they have every excuse in the book because the web access is no longer free. Also, the calling feature costs way too much for only 30mins and the files are confusing to access without tutorials.
