Title: Holding vital data hostage after glitchReview: TalkingParents had an admitted outage on May 31st right before ending their free tier. This glitch blocked me from backing up my court-relevant co-parenting history. Support acknowledges the glitch but demands $95 for my data. Weaponizing platform failures to force fees is unethical. Unacceptable support. Fix this.
