When you order someting the delivery drivers sometimes claim they can't find the front door then cancle the order and/or say the tried to ring your doorbell but they clairy don't want to put some efford into finding to right place. They don't use the chat or try to call/contact you. And than you don't get your food. You get a standard email stating you were not home and they won't give you your money back because of that claim!
