You can no longer see and read the reviews of other people. When you order someting the delivery drivers sometimes claim they can't find the front door then cancle the order and/or say the tried to ring your doorbell but they clairy don't want to put some efford into finding to right place. They don't use the chat or try to call/contact you. And than you don't get your food. You get a standard email stating you were not home and they won't give you your money back because of that claim!
