Preamble is a professional, high-performance LaTeX editor built specifically for Android. It allows you to write, edit, and compile complex scientific papers, academic theses, and mathematical documents directly on your device using a native Rust port of the Tectonic typesetting engine. By bringing compilation directly onto your hardware, Preamble eliminates the need for remote cloud rendering servers, slow online queues, or expensive monthly subscriptions.

How does it work?
1. Set up a new project or create folder structures for images, bibliographies, and source files.
2. Write LaTeX code using our optimized editor.
3. Press the compile FAB. If it is the first time compiling a particular package, Preamble will download it. Otherwise, it compiles instantly using your offline cache.
4. Review the output PDF and export it using Android's system file sharing interface.
