is this a con? I ran this app to close everything, then ran one of their other apps, Baxa and it had to close all the same apps again

this was great, I paid for the paid version then it downloads a new App Baxa which uses a long form to try to get me to allow access to hundreds of their advertisers for so-called legitimate interest
