Does not have functionality I expect given the name. I should be able to find an app and kill it, and optionally delete the data and cache. It's not too much to ask. Even finding the app (YT) was difficult, one time it's listed in the System "tab", the next it isn't. Seemingly clever UI, designed (I guess) to solve one or two problems only!
