Just energy has horrible customer service, one excuse after another, why my lights aren't on. Sent all my documents with my lease and id .. I'm 81 an they said I had no deposit, wen all info received they said I had to pay 199.

Hi there on this app it's only gives the history of Just Energy only. No sign of any current usages or billing stuffs or the related to the power bills or online stuffs. It's only shows on the other play store for Apple iPhone only. Was wondering why the app is for iPhone only why not for Samsung Android. It should be on for all models not one particular. Do some more research and fix it for all not for only selected phones.

The Just Energy app is great. I have used this electric company for years and as far as I can tell, it has the lowest rate. I would recommend it to anyone. I would highly recommended so I gave it five stars
