They dont work with you. No option to get a copy of ur bill No option online to get a copy of my bill. Always hard to login and not allowed to create ur own password. No option for a payment extension.

this app is terrible when you go to pay the letters where it says account number i had to guess that eas for account number because half of it was on the page and where it says capcha they want you to write all the characters same thing you can only see half the letters so impossible to pay your bill with the app please fix it and doesn't tell me how many kwh I'm at every week
