2024-10-29	Du*****	Used to be good. Now I have to clear all data, log back in, to just create a ticket. This is really frustrating and causes me to skip creating tickets which is not good to do.

2024-09-26	Da*****	Buggy and slow on the app. Often having to reopen the app several times to get information I'm looking for. I use it for work, wouldn't recommend to my enemies. Clicking customer and search gives too much and hard to find because it doesn't search customers. Only to error and do several times to for e to the web. Makes me want to quit my job. Not because work is hard but app is broken.

2024-08-08	Wi*****	The app is a great idea and allows for easy management while on the go. The main issue I run into is having to wait a while for assets or other information to load even when on wifi. The app needs more refinement and just needs to work the same all the time.

2024-07-24	Is*****	Poor experience. Limited capabilities. I feel like they don't even pay attention to the mobile experience. At least have the web site operate nicely on mobile if you're going to neglect the mobile app. It doesn't even work well enough to interact with tickets.

2023-11-08	Br*****	It's fine if all you want to do is enter ticket notes, but you can't access the number one feature you'd want to access in Syncro - the stored credentials. Also... Dark mode is needed badly!

It still is never able to run scripts (either way) or even reboot assets. :( So... WHAT got changed? Good software development normally has a change log w/specifics (and Syncro does just that w/the rest of the platform). Did I just get excited & waste 15min for nothing, or did you really do what "What's New" claims? Please share!

2023-04-03	Ja*****	Love Synchro, but this app is a hot mess. Really only use it for the push notifications and nothing else. Ticket screen has to constantly refresh, data is inconsistent at best, and responding to tickets is not intuitive. Also, no dark mode??

2023-03-31	Qu*****	It takes everything good about syncro, and completely throws that out the window. This is more of a monitoring app, versus an actually functional app. This app is incomplete and a complete waste of space. Just use the website, and add that to your homepage.

2022-09-23	Tr*****	Still low functioning. Will change my review if some basics are added. Need to know who entered a ticket, need to have remote working like all other competitors in this sector. Have to use mobile browser for real functionality.
