I was told by someone that I should be using the mobile app while out in the field. So I decided to try it. I took 47 photos, used speak to text to label them. Did my sketch, and saved and closed the app so that I could do my line items at home on my PC. Once home I released ownership, and it deleted EVERY SINGLE PHOTO I took within the app. Their support tech told me there is no way to get them back now because the app didn't "save them properly" to the server. I'll stick with Xactimate.....
