Claim Mosaic

Claim Mosaic is the mobile field companion for public adjusters with an active Claim Mosaic account. Access assigned claims, capture inspection media, manage files and keep field work moving from your phone or tablet.

Work from the field:

• Search assigned claims and view mobile-friendly claim details
• Review policyholder, property, loss, insurance, mortgage and status information
• Open property locations in your maps app
• Capture photos and videos or import existing media
• Create and organize claim folders, preview files and manage attachments
• Review claim activity and add notes, email and phone call entries
• Search, create, update, complete and manage claim tasks based on your permissions
• Queue photos, videos and folders while offline, then sync when connectivity returns
• Monitor uploads, retry failures and resolve items that need attention

Claim Mosaic Mobile uses the same Claim Mosaic account and permission-based access as the web application. Available claims, tasks, activities and actions depend on your organization and assigned access.

Claim Mosaic Mobile is designed for field operations. Some administrative, accounting and advanced claim-management features remain available in the Claim Mosaic web application.
