I haven't had any issues other than I find it very frustrating that company's are restricting you to use payment options like debit on there app. Why makes things harder than they need to be when I know it wouldn't be hard for them to add it as an alternative method of pay from the bank account. If you offer it over the phone then it definitely should be offered here on the app. Please rethink your reasoning for restricting the payment options and show a lil customer appreciation!!
