Recent reviews

tried to log in, and its asking me for my phone # to verify identity via link or code sent to the number and it dont offer an alternate way to log in (like email). i dont have the same phone #! it even asked me to take a selfie, send an image of my i.d. which i did, and STILL CAN NOT LOG IN! i know its for protection but atleast add an alternate way. people change numbers, people loose their phone, people my need to login using a different device to pay their debt.
