User Reviews

SweetEscape is praised for professional and friendly photographers who deliver beautiful photos, and for making booking easy and quick. Users appreciate the fast photo delivery and wide photographer network. However, multiple reviews report poor app communication with offline or crashing chat, limited payment options, and inability to get high-resolution photos suitable for printing. Some users experienced unreliable photographers who canceled and provided no refunds, causing concerns. Overall, the service and photo quality are well-liked, but app functionality and customer service need improvement.

Pros

Photographers are professional, friendly, and patient, providing smooth and enjoyable photoshoot experiences.
The app facilitates easy and fast booking of photography sessions, making planning trips more convenient.
Photos taken are beautiful, well-edited, and capture the essence of vacations or events.
SweetEscape has a wide network of photographers in various countries, suitable for travelers.
Photos are generally delivered quickly, often in less than three days after the shoot.

Cons

Photo resolution is limited to low resolution (around 1980px or 2MP), making prints and large canvases fuzzy and unsuitable for high-quality printing, despite original RAW shoots.
Communication through the app is poor; chat function is often offline, crashing, or unavailable, requiring use of the website for support.
Payment method options are limited; app primarily supports PayPal, reducing payment flexibility.
Instances of photographers canceling or being unreliable leading to lost fees and no refunds have been reported, causing distrust.
App notifications are lacking, leading to difficulty in communication with photographers.
