Allows users to keep track of plans and benefits easily.
Easy account creation process reported by some users.
Ability to see what insurance covers and when.

Constantly logs users out and does not remember login information.
Crashes frequently when trying to search for providers or access certain features.
Difficult birth date selection process which requires scrolling back excessively.
No way to submit information to create a new account for some users.
Lack of a claims section stated as a deficiency in the app.

your app sucks constantly logging me out not knowing my logins telling me they're incorrect when they are correct not knowing what's emails attached get your stuff together I'm sure All you care about is billing. your website sucks to if I could get a different eye care provider from my work I would just because of this

Pretty pointless app if you're looking for accurate information on your coverage. I always end up logging into the website anyway. Don't waste your time with this one.
