The app sucks! It never lets me log in. It constantly says there is a server error and tells me to check my connection. I'm on full 5G or full Wi-Fi and it never lets me log in.

Honestly disgraceful. In our modern era of mobile tech, recycled rockets, mass produced robots, they can't build an app that works? As so many others report here, you can't login. Its a reflection of their service quality. Even the login on their website is laughable. Its like they don't care, or that's the impression I get as a user. Very disappointing.
