2024-07-20	Er*****	The product is great, no problems but I think the software needs to be upgraded (maybe a splash of color and the ability to save the calaboration to the phone). I used to get emails about low battery alerts but I dont get them anymore.

2023-01-06	Ch*****	1/5/2023 my update: sunsa is Great .. rechargeable batteries are used with solar panel.. sunset/sunrise is added, Founder/CEO Adam nice and connected with his customers. I have emailed, thoughts and issues. He has never ignored his customers. Great Person!!! I hope his business grows... my sunsa blind control it is a great product..!! It works Great!! It is great being on the cutting edge of technology.... i will buy other products from sunsa.. when available... yes!!

2022-12-31	Sc*****	This is a company who cares. Had a problem with one of my wand's during an update and it failed. Emailed the CEO and had a response within a CPL of hours (we are in the UK). Blind was fixed remotely within a CPL of hours. Cannot fault the service we have received or the wand's themselves.
