I've been using this app for at least 5 years, to control 3 blinds. I use schedules for all of them, and occasionally will open or close them independently of the schedule. The app can be a little quirky but not any more so than other home automation apps. I recently needed to recalibrate one of the blinds which no longer closed completely. The function in the app didn't work as expected. I wrote an email to support and next day got an answer that fixed it. That was a nice surprise!

I purchased (3) devices and sloar panels about 3 years ago from the manufactures (representative) as a potential smart device installer. Finally decided to install devices before going on a vacation and nothing works. There is no technical support available via mobile or online. Not satisfied with product or support. Please advise. This app is utter trash. It connects to the blinds for a few days, then loses half of them. Most of the time, it can't find any of them. It keeps disconnecting itself from Google home. And the only advice customer service can give is to completely uninstall it, factory reset *all* of the blinds, and then try again.
