VCI360

VCI360 is a construction project management application for managers, field engineers, and contractors of organizations using the VCI360 system.

The application brings all project management operations to mobile devices, allowing on-site teams to update and retrieve data without returning to the office.

A dashboard summarizing human and equipment safety indicators in real time.

Records violations directly at the site with photographic evidence and automatic GPS location.
Tracks handling history, violation closure status, and weekly safety reports.

Monitors the plan and actual progress of each work item, quickly comparing planned and actual performance.

• Output and BOQ
Looks up the volume and output performed according to the work quantity table for each project.

• Official Documents
View the list, details, and create new incoming and outgoing official documents directly on your phone.

• Reports
Access the report catalog, forms, and execute reports according to each organization's specific configuration.

• Projects and Members
The project list is assigned by account, allowing quick switching between projects and departments.

Project management team, site manager, safety officer, supervising engineer, planning officer, and construction contractor.

* SECURITY

Login is done through a centralized identification system using the OpenID Connect standard combined with PKCE. Login sessions are securely stored on the device. All data transmitted over the HTTPS connection is encrypted.

* ACCESS PERMISSIONS

Location: Only used when the application is open, to automatically fill in the location when recording violations at the construction site. The application does not collect location data while running in the background.

Photo Library: Used to attach photos as evidence for violation reports.

You can deny these permissions; other functions will continue to operate normally.
