Femme Rising Studio

Femme Rising Studio is a women's only martial arts, fitness, and wellness studio rooted in the belief that every woman deserves a space built entirely for her. Founded in Portland, Oregon, we offer a training environment that is equal parts rigorous and restorative — a place where you come to move, to grow, and to feel at home in your body.

Our classes span kickboxing, boxing, martial arts, barre, strength and conditioning, and wellness programming, designed for women at every level. Whether you are stepping into your first class or have been training for years, our instructors meet you where you are and push you further than you thought possible. Every session is intentional, every instructor is expert, and every class is an opportunity to become stronger than you were yesterday.

We are more than a gym. Femme Rising is a community — one built on mutual respect, shared effort, and the understanding that when women support each other in their physical power, something extraordinary happens.
