I’m Tatev, founder of Rise Up Wellness — a space created for women who are ready to break old patterns, reclaim their strength, and rise into their fullest, most unstoppable selves. My passion for movement and holistic wellness comes from my own journey of transformation. I believe wellness isn’t just about exercise; it’s about connection, intention, and showing up for yourself every day with courage and grace.

We offer Pilates Fusion Sculpt: Refining, full-body workout designed to tone, lengthen, and realign through precise and purposeful movement, Pilates Strength: A powerfully grounding class designed to build muscle, increase core strength, and sculpt your entire body through slow, controlled resistance training, and Classical Pilates Stretch: For when your body needs an exhale and your week needs a fresh start.
