Whilst I am enjoying the recipes and the challenge. Why are the measurements in grams? Who can measure one gram of turmeric ? Or 750 milligrams of sea salt? For ease of use they should be in normal metric teaspoons, tablespoons or cups. Just makes it really difficult to get the measurements right for the recipe to turn out. Would also be good to know how many kilojoules I am eating throughout the day so I can adjust portions. Not everyone needs the kj deficit.
