Sweaty Studio is your digital platform for all things fitness, community, and self-love. Our empowering workouts led by your instructor, Callie Jardine Gualy, pair affirmations with Pilates, barre and strength training to help you feel your best and get long lasting results! We're excited to have you in our Sweaty Fam and walk alongside you in your health & wellness journey.

Here's what you can expect:
- Weekly Workout Plans: Programmed each week by your instructor Callie, your weekly workout plans come in 2 levels (beginner and intermediate/advanced) to help you stay consistent, motivated and level up in your workout routine

- Motivating Monthly Challenges: Stay motivated and consistent with our guided monthly workout challenges ranging from 1 week to 4 weeks that help you see transformative mind body results

- Energizing Workouts: Sweaty Studio brings you new workouts each week that vary in length and range from Mat Pilates, Strength Pilates, Barre-lates, Reformer Style Pilates and Cardio Pilates

- Hormone Balance & Cycle Syncing: Looking to give your hormones some extra love and support? We have a 28-Day Cycle Syncing Pilates Program and menstrual phase specific workout categories to help you listen to your body and give your hormones what they need no matter where you are in your cycle.

- Prenatal Workouts: For all our expecting mommas out there, we now offer prenatal safe workouts at Sweaty Studio! Taught by Callie as she embarks on her own pregnancy journey, these pregnancy friendly workouts will keep you moving and grooving for the full 9 months and help you work with your body, not against it.

- Supportive Community: Accountability is everything in our health & wellness journey which is why at Sweaty Studio we offer an in-app member group chat where you can post your questions and helpful tips to connect with the rest of our family.
