Strevo Flex Timer is a structured stretching routine app that walks you through a full-body stretch session one pose at a time. Each exercise is presented as a clear card with step-by-step instructions and an animated countdown timer so you always know how long to hold each position.

The app includes built-in rest intervals between exercises and smooth transitions to help you maintain focus and flow throughout your session. Whether you are warming up before a workout, cooling down afterwards, or just working on your flexibility, Strevo Flex Timer keeps the experience simple and distraction-free.

No account required, no internet connection needed. Everything runs locally on your device. Browse the exercise library through a grid of section cards, tap into any routine, and follow along at your own pace. A short onboarding walkthrough on first launch explains how everything works.

Additional features include a compact settings panel where you can switch between view modes and adjust date format preferences. The interface uses high-contrast cards and bold timers so the instructions stay readable even when you are on the floor mid-stretch.

Completely free, no ads, no in-app purchases.
