A lot of positive reviews are paid and fake. Left my items at Stownest for a year in 2021. They asked for a lumpsum upfront to "withdraw" my goods, extra charge to deliver them. The lump sum amount was roughly 4 months rental, no mention of this while signing up.

Absolutely worst. I kept my luggage with them for some time, they keep doing stupid things without informing customers. First they moved my luggage from one godown to another without informing me. Then they kept my fragile items with normal boxes while charging me extra for those fragile items saying they will keep it separate. They also keep increasing prices every now and then without informing customers. Don't recommend it at all!

My experience with Stownest was absolutely amazing except the communication issue with certain teams and employees on the email where lack of basic grammar caused severe misunderstanding. Want to thank Shabrin Taj especially as she personally called me and clarified my doubts because of which i placed a transportation order worth 23k! Without her help i would've not opted for the service. The storage was good. Boxes were not damaged.
