StopPMO: Journey to Freedom

WHAT YOU GET

• Streak counter that runs live, plus your best streak and total clean time
• Urge log: rate the urge, name the trigger, breathe for 60 seconds, then log it as surfed
• Panic button with your own reasons and a guided breathing exercise, one tap away
• Daily check-ins with mood, so you can spot patterns instead of guessing
• Journal with mood, energy, urge strength and trigger tags
• 15 milestones from Day 1 to Two Years, each with its own badge
• Insights: consistency, current versus best streak, and how many resets you have survived
• Streak Shields: bank one with an optional video, spend it on a reset so the clock keeps running
• Reclaimed time and money saved, calculated from your own numbers
• Daily local reminders, with a one day pass that does not break your streak
• PIN lock, so nobody who picks up your phone sees your progress

RESETS ARE PART OF IT

You will slip. StopPMO logs a reset without shame and puts you straight back on the board, because the streak that matters is the one you keep coming back to.

PRIVACY FIRST

All data lives in a local database on your phone. There is no sign up, no cloud sync and no analytics SDK, and nobody but you can read your entries. Uninstalling the app deletes everything.

FREE, WITH ADS

StopPMO is free and supported by ads. Nothing ever covers your journal, your panic screen or anything you are writing, and an optional rewarded video is the only way to bank a Streak Shield.

A NOTE ON HEALTH

StopPMO is a self help habit tool. It is not medical care, therapy or a diagnosis. If compulsive behaviour is affecting your health or relationships, please speak to a qualified professional.

Small steps, every day. That is the whole method.
