Calmwell is a still, offline breathing coach — a quiet place to slow down for a few minutes.

Pick a rhythm, watch a softly glowing orb rise and fall on a deep teal-indigo pond, and let your breath follow. There's no sound to manage and nothing to configure — just a gentle vibration at each change of phase, so you can close your eyes and still feel the pace.

Four guided patterns, plus one that's entirely yours

• Box Breathing (4-4-4-4) — equal inhale, hold, exhale, hold. A steady square of breath used before a demanding moment.
• 4-7-8 Relaxing — a short inhale, a longer hold, and a slow release. Popular as a wind-down before sleep.
• Calm Breath (4-6) — simple, hold-free, easy to return to during a busy day.
• Coherence (5-5) — equal five-second inhales and exhales, a steady middle-ground rhythm.
• Custom Pattern — set your own inhale, hold, exhale, and hold lengths and save the rhythm that works for you.

The heart of Calmwell is a hand-drawn Canvas orb that expands as you breathe in, holds while you hold, and contracts as you breathe out — paired with a plain-language phase label and a countdown, so you always know exactly where you are in the cycle.

Genuinely offline, by design

Calmwell has no ad network, no analytics SDK, no account, and no internet permission at all — it cannot connect to the network even if it wanted to. Every session you log is stored only in this app's private storage on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it completely.
