2026-07-09	De*****	Not Happy with Stashfin,We can't reach their CustomerCare nos at all,do they really have one? Even if we drop a mail,they call back and address it only after a month,on a daily basis we will get an automated mail saying we are working on with your query,customercare exe will reach you in 24hrs, for 30 days I got this mail daily,and on the 31st day someone called and saying we addressed your query immediately,ridiculous,and they don't have foreclosure option in app. Why you don't have it??

I currently have an amount eligible for withdrawal, but when I try to process the withdrawal, the system displays an error showing "NA NA" instead of a valid response. Could you please look into this issue and confirm: Why this error is occurring Whether there's a fix I can apply on my end, or if this needs to be resolved on your system Any pending documentation (KYC, etc.) that might be causing this
