Once you report a breakdown through the simple step-by-step app interface, a Recovery Operator is allocated in as little as 20 seconds.

You will receive notifications via the app, SMS, or telephone call informing you of the assigned operator and estimated arrival time. In many cases, you can also access live tracking to monitor your rescue vehicle's approach. The app is free and accessible to both Start Rescue members and non-members, with non-members receiving transparent quotations for Pay On Use service. This extension enhances safety and convenience during roadside emergencies by simplifying the breakdown reporting process.
