2026-08-07	As*****	Useless app. Useless customer service agent forcing me to use the app to unsubscribe from smartsupport despite telling them there are issues with the app. Forcing users to use the app despite knowing the app has issues and is not ready for all these transactions. so now I'm stuck with having to pay for smartsupport when I don't want to. just great. so what's the point of having a human customer service agent when you can't help me manually trigger when the system is under your control.
