An unusable app that makes everything 10x difficult. The chatbot is practically useless and every issue you have they just tell u to connect to the same useless chat. I can't even login to onepass because I never received the OTP - this has been the case ever since I signed up with Singtel. I have their priority plan and by this point I am seriously considering switching to another as I keep getting the same repetitive "help" thats worse than useless.
