literally the worse app experience. How do you call yourselves a Telco? Supposedly the leading one in Singapore? Nothing works. and the chat function is abysmal. need to close the chat box and wait for it to reload every time before you can reply. What a joke.

This is update after chat with Singtel agent. It is confirmed with readyroam there is no way to deactivate and avoid the data roaming. it activate the data roaming by itself before have the chance to go to mysingtel app to disable it. Once activated we are billed for the plan. Beware a TRAP.
