PLEASE go elsewhere! Been with them for 20 years - service got worse and worse, fees gone WAY UP. Like receiving a message when travelling long-term that your credit card is useless next month, despite an imprint saying two years left! How do you get money then? DKB doesn't care! Or you need to make an urgent transfer, but it does not work and NO ONE helps for WEEKS! Or you get a worldwide free credit card, but your statement is FULL of "service" fees! I could go on. serious problem, not only do we need this separate app including even more passwords in this simple world. but after forcing me recently to switch to use this (after the bank changed from using credit to debit cards) now, all of a sudden, the app requests permiss of managing and making phone calls. why? since i dont want this im not able to get tans, hence im officially unable to do anything. pay bills? no, sorry. they force this upon you and sell it as a security point. so secure that im out.
