Does not connect.tried two iPhones an android, two PCs etc its A scam

Connected to a B954 by Bluetooth. Very easy to configure AIS unit using this app on an Android phone. However (!), the screen showing a target details often lacks name, call sign etc information, despite this information being displayed on a linked chart plotter. Also, whilst the app shows distance and bearing to target it does not show CPA and TCPA - the two bits of information which is most vital. A very loud alarm (sound, vibrate, flashing lights etc) for dangerous targets would be good.
